RPD construction has undergone major changes and new developments in the last few years. We have most millable materials at our disposal, but the most popular are -

Solvay Dentals Ultaire AKP - a high performance polymer that has been specifically developed for removable dentures. Its properties are very similar to bone and patients enjoy a more comfortable, natural feeling denture with a slight flex for easier insertion and removal.

Zirlux Acetal - a highly crystalline acetal copolymer that possesses high tensile and flexural strength, fatigue resistance, low friction, low moisture absorption. It is available in several shades including 

A1, A2, A3.5, B1, G2 (bleach shade), and P1 (NEW pink shade!)
